1 hour flight assessment training using your own drone.
Carried out at the time of your arraigned flight assessment or from one of our South West based flight locations.
Learn
- How to set up the drone’s flight systems for a safe flight. 
- Basic and advanced manoeuvres to improve your flying ability. 
For use with multirotor or fixed wing.
Flight Training Prerequisites
The person flying requires:
- CAA Flyer & Operator ID’s (Operator ID to be on the drone as per CAA requirements). 
- Insurance (if your drone, insurance must meet EC 785/2004, contact us for insurance assistance). 
- Flight training at your location requires prior agreement (contact us for flights at your location). 
- Min 16 years of age. 
Bolt-on - Practical Flight Training: 1 Hour - Your Drone
Practical flight training for multirotor or fixed wing, use this as a bolt-on as part of your course.
Can be carried out prior to your flight assessment to home your skills or as a standalone, you choose what you want, in the areas you feel you need it.
Items that can be covered as part of the training session;
- Pre-deployment & On-site Planning. 
- Risk Assessments. 
- Operational Considerations. 
- Normal & Emergency Procedures (Checklist work flows). 
- Basic & Advanced Flying Techniques. 
Conditions
Location will be the same / as agreed for your Practical Flight Assessment (when booking your course).
South West based (Somerset/Wiltshire) dependant on flying site availability/suitability.
